Services Offered
My goal of Empowered Endometriosis Counselling is to offer counselling and support to those who suffer from Endometriosis. A counselling session with me is your opportunity to speak to someone with firsthand knowledge and experience of the daily struggles that come with having Endometriosis. As someone who has tried a range of birth control options, has had surgery, suffered from unique symptoms and has tried to be an advocate for themselves, I know that the service I offer is unique and can help women just like me.

I also offer sessions for the people who support the women and girls with Endometriosis, as I have seen through family members' experience that there is no support for the support people. Whether you are a parent or partner trying to help your loved one deal with their symptoms or trying to support them through getting a diagnosis, this is a place where you can come and get support.
Phone Consultation
A 15 minute phone consultation will allow you to gain an understanding of the services I offer, what I can help you with and an opportunity to decide whether or not this is the service for you.
Counselling Session
These sessions are for the women who suffer from Endometriosis. These sessions are your own and you lead the way, discussing anything Endo related that pops up for you. I can assist in helping you navigate doctors appointments, help you manage your day to day living with Endo, or just be someone who listens to you.
Supporters Session
Supporter's sessions are for the people who care for someone with Endometriosis. Whether you are a boyfriend trying to support your partner with her flare up's, or a single dad trying to navigate your daughters periods, these sessions are for you. These sessions are your own and we can discuss how your loved ones diagnosis affects you, how you can help your loved one, or simply a session all about you and how you are coping.
